Support

The best way to reach us with any questions is to email [email protected]. We will respond to your message within 1-2 business days, but often much sooner!

Email support is available Monday through Friday, 10 AM–4 PM EST. If you contact us outside of those hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You may be able to resolve issues yourself more quickly than we can by using the Common Solutions tool below.

When you purchase a course from us for the first time, you are prompted to create a password for your account. You will need that password and your email address to log in to your course library.

Following your purchase you will receive two emails—one from our course platform (Kajabi) and one from Jen Brandon Studio. Both emails contain links to your login page which we encourage you to bookmark for easy access.

If you do not see those emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder and any other tab category into which your email provider may have filtered the email. For instance, in Gmail, sometimes emails from us will get sorted into the Updates tab and can be difficult to find.

If you can't remember your password, use the password reset link below the login form to reset your password. Again, you may need to check your spam for the password reset email.

This is not a frequent problem, but it does happen from time to time. If it happens to you, here are some things you can try.

  1. Clear your browser cache. If you don't already know how to do this, search Google for instructions for your specific browser (eg. "how to clear browser cache in Chrome").
  2. Restart your browser by completely closing out of all windows, quitting the application, and then reopening it.
  3. Try a different browser. This may require downloading a different application if you don't already have another browser.

Each day's module for the Sketch Challenge contains three separate videos: an introduction, a demonstration, and timed references.

You can download the video of timed references by clicking on References, and then locating the downloads area on the right side of the page.
